Gushing thanks for lofty praise!

I want to thank Tina at Mommy’s Kitchen for doing an entire blog spotlight on Southern Plate! When I read it today, I was taken aback and thrilled! I honestly don’t even know what to say except “WOW, Thank you!”

It was a happy coincidence that she posted it on the day I was making her Salisbury Steak for the second time! My sister in law and mother have also made it and everyone from my brother on up to my grandmother has sung its praises! Every recipe on Tina’s blog is guaranteed divine and I do hope you’ll check it out soon. She has become one of my dearest blogging buddies in the short time that I have known her. I swear, we have identical food tastes!
