I made this recipe and my family devoured it!!! My husband HATES beans of any kind except green beans..(he grew up on a farm-self explanatory). I will make this again! I used French Onion dip instead of just plain sour cream…IT WAS AMAZING!!! This will be great for Chili Dogs and Beer Bratwurst.

Was just sitting here wondering what to “fix” for supper. Hard day at work…and a Monday to top it all off…didn’t feel like having to put too much effort into cooking. I think this will be just what the Dr ordered!

You can also mix a small bowl of cornbread mix and pour on top and bake in the oven. That’s the only way my husband will eat it now!
Forget those commercial chips- This is ALABAMA!

I tried this yesterday…. WOW…. it was a hit with Hubby. Best of all it was Fast and easy…. I actually spooned some in a heated corn tortilla toped it off with sour cream and home made quacamole and served it with a nice big green salad and Called it a Day!!
