OMG, just made this soup for ” my son ” but I had to taste it,
it was fantastic I ended up having a bowl of it myself.
This comes from a person that does not like anything Taco.

Love the original recipe, just tried something a little diff…taco seasoning, tomato sauce, 1/2 can corn and Rotel,…used italian dressing mix instead of ranch, a little less water, and ground chicken, and half can of seasoned black beans. I actually forgot the onion, but it tasted good without it. I’m sure it would kick it up a notch if used! Topped it with blue corn tortilla chops and sour cream.

Been making this for over 20 years, I use Ranch Brand Jalapeno beans instead of the Kidney beans, and i have never used Ranch dressing will have to try it.
