Last week we made a trip to SE PA, Philly area, to visit our son and I printed out your chicken and rice recipe to make while there. It was a big hit!!! Left what was leftover for son to eat so husband and I like it so much I made it again yesterday. We love it. I am always on the lookout for quick crockpot recipes as I work 2 jobs and using the crockpot sure makes things easy in the evening instead of having to prepare a full course meal when I get home. Keep up the great work and I am putting your cookbook on my wish list for Christmas. Keep up the good work and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Still loving your site.
