I looked on line for some way to get the mix, but I'm not paying $5.72 shipping to have a $1.39 cake mix sent to me. I just can't do it. Love the Schnapps in this, thanks for the recipe, I'll be trying this soon. Have just made these "dangerously delightful" treats as an early Valentine's day goodie for my dear hubby (he just loves it when I cook with booze *big smile*. I took a cup of raisins and soaked them in that schnapps,( so they just got plump and plastered,) and I think those drunk raisins added fun to the batter! while I did make a dozen regular size muffins, I made Minimuffins with the remaining batter---oh my!
