I am thrilled, flabbergasted, and delighted to announce that Southern Plate was recently awarded Best Cooking Blog by Cotton Spice Magazine! Cotton Spice is an AMAZING website and online magazine that is quite simply, a Quilter’s dream come true!

My mother and I are both avid quilters and I am SO GLAD Karen at Cotton Spice found Southern Plate because it allowed me to find Cotton Spice! If you haven’t been there before, I urge you to go and download the latest copy of their magazine – FREE! Not only does it appeal to quilters, but scrapbookers, hobbyists, and anyone who enjoys flipping through the pages of a good read!
