Christy, thank you for all the wonderful recipes. My family has been enjoying Southern Plate meals for about a month now and we can’t get enough! I truly hope your little Katy is better. I remember when my children had the croup and it is awful. I have been battling a sore throat and cough for the past few days. It is worse at night -naturally. That way you don’t get any sleep and REALLY need your coffee the next morning!

I have a granddaughter named Catie (Katy but with a C).

I have entered the Coffee Lover’s Dream contest and I hope for the best! I’ll go ahead and clear a spot on the counter – just in case.
All of the give away items are GREAT!! I will spread the word.

Christy – I have to correct one thing in your earlier reply to me. My husband loves University of TEXAS football and not Tennessee.
Oh well, they both start with a T. Ha!
