It was very easy to make, and have to say it is the best breakfast casserole I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, Pioneer brand gravy mix was not available in my area, so I had to use a different brand of “peppered gravy mix”. I just made sure that it said “makes 2 cups” on the package. This recipe is now our new Christmas breakfast tradition!

We were in Clearwater visiting friends and she made us Strawberry Shortcake.It was Awesome. My husband even said that it was better than his late mothers.The shortcake had such wonderful flavor,and texture.Then she told us that she uses Pioneer Brand Bisquit mix.Wow what a great taste.I would have brought some back but did not have any room in my suitcase.Now I need to find where to buy it.
