(I have four children and I made twenty for each of their classrooms.) They are so cute and we've gotten so many compliments! I'm going to make 45 more tonight for my own students to enjoy in class tomorrow. We're going to have wockets all over town! Mine always looks like a colored blob on top of my cupcakes. Maybe my icing is too heavy so even in a piping bag, it settles into a mess. Have you posted any tutorials on how to properly ice a cake or cupcakes or perhaps you've given a recipe for a lighter icing? Any help would be much appreciated!
