I wanted to use even less sugar than the recipe so I used almond milk. Then after I mixed everything together I read on the Jello box that if you use soy milk then the pudding will not set. I know these are two different things but it didn’t set so I stuck it in the freezer for 1-2 hours and everything was fine. This was a great recipe and kid friendly too!

I too had an issue with consistency. It seemed once I put it in the freezer for a bit it firmed up and so now I made the sandwiches. Will let you know if this helps!

Do you use instant pudding or cook and serve? Do you follow all the directions on the box of pudding or just the part about adding milk?

Love this recipe! I added a handful of chocolate chips for extra flavor and it was delish!
