The blackberry cobbler rocked! So tonight I am making a peach cobbler using frozen peaches. Do I sprinkle sugar on the peaches before I microwave them as the recipe does for the blackberry cobbler? Thanks in advance.

My husband sends a huge “THANK YOU” for his welcome home peach cobbler I made tonight. He said it is the best cobbler he has ever had. He had been out of town for about 4 days and was suprised. As usual, your recipe is a hit!!!

Made peach cobbler yesterday using this recipe. YUM ! Blackberry is my favorite but peach is all I had. I use about 3 1/2 cups of fruit and it turns out great!

You know how they say everybody has a twin? Well Christy I saw your twin this morning ! I go to Curves to exercise three mornings a week. When I walked in this morning I did a double take and said to myself, Is that Christy, what’s she doing here(Here being Conyers, GA!) I know the poor girl kept wondering why I was staring at her. Curves this morning and here I am reading cobbler recipes ! Blackberry is my absolute favorite, ever tried mixing peaches with the blackberries? Oh my you’ll think you died and went to heaven !!

The extra cup is used if you are using fruit that isn’t sweetened yet. you add it in when you microwave it for a minute or two That is a type o in the cookbook that has haunted me again and again, lol!
