Thank you so much for sharing that story. I can relate, although on a much smaller scale. We lived in Georgia for a few months several years ago. I missed Alabama so badly, even though I was just a few hours away. Every other weekend or so I'd go back home and as soon as I started getting closer to that state line Lynyrd Skynyrd would start playing in my head. When I crossed it, I'd press play and turn up the speakers as Brady and I sang along! But she and I were both lucky to be able to have that appreciation of home while we could still go back. I bet your Mama and I felt much the same way. Thank you so much, Karen.
