Oatmeal Raisin Scotchie Bars
I know you’re busy. Believe me, I do. I don’t care what it is you list as your job description on your Facebook page, I know your time is a valuable premium and you’d rather have a little more of it. Know what else, though? I also know that you like to eat. If you’re here now, chances are pretty good you like to bake as well ~grins~.
See how well I know you? That’s why I like to bring you these easy recipes that take up a lot less of your time than you’d think and don’t require a lot of fussing with. This is also a great recipe to let kids help out with! Oh, did I mention they are made with baking mix? It just keeps getting easier…
You’ll need: Raisins, Baking Mix, Dark Brown Sugar, Oats, Cinnamon, Egg, Butter, Vanilla, and Butterscotch Chips

Melt butter in the microwave and place in a large mixing bowl. Add baking mix…
