Hi! I would so love this giveaway! Living in my childhood home now… a big ole drafty house… with only gas space heaters… this would be a wonderful way to cook this winter. It would save the gas budget for heating the house instead of the stove. Wonderful!

I don’t know if my entry counts, but it’s only 10:43 here in Alaska! Christy, I hope your family had a great Thanksgiving- we spent it with friends, but tonight we had our own little Thanksgiving with just the two of us and I cooked your corn casserole, plus we made your Honey Pumpkin Cream Cheese pie for the “real” Thanksgiving.
