Cans of tuna are ALWAYS found in my pantry – I love to make tuna patties and homemade French fries on those nights when I need a quick, easy meal.

My daughter, a new bride, is trying to learn to cook and this quick fix recipe book might be just the ticket! She works full time and doesn’t have much time, or skill (wink, wink) so this might be a good place to start… finally… she’s 28 and it’s time she LEARNED!!!
My quick fix meal is sloppy joes. If I don’t have buns, sandwich bread works just as well.

I always keep individually frozen chicken breasts in the freezer because they thaw and cook very quickly and there’s so much that can be done with it!

I always keep canned cooked chicken breast and canned oranges. I can whip up a quick, yummy chicken salad that even my son will eat. Canned chicken can be kinda bland and the oranges give it a nice little pick up.
My go-to meal is anything that I would cook for breakfast! Eggs, bacon, waffles!

Quick fix is usually quickly thawing hot dogs and asking hubby to grill them quickly!
Ground beef is my go to ingredient.
my quick fix is 1lb of ground beef w/ a jar of sauce over any pasta in the pantry and you have pasta w/ meat sauce.

1 lb hamburger meat, taco seasoning, cheese, tortillas.
I would love to win your book! Crossing my fingers!! My quick fix is cheap, quick and easy!! Toss some chicken in marinade throw on the BBQ…. cook a rice/noodle side dish on the stove then toss corn on the cob on the grill. Takes less than 20 minutes. AND the awesome part: It costs less than $5.00 for a family of 4 to eat!! : )
My quick fix is a recipe of my Grandmother’s by the great southern name of Cornbread and Chicken Licker. My husband loves it. So easy.
Breakfast is my common quick fix go-to meal. I typically have the items on hand and it’s easy to multi-task while still making a yummy meal.
you just make everything look so so wonderful!! i am a experimentor i will take what ever i find in the fridge and the cubboards and mix strange things together grabbing any old spices sprinkle them in and see what comes out sometimes i shock myself and its wonderful but would not know how to do it again and other times ooooooohhhhhhhhhhh my dog and cats are pleased and we hit the freezer for microwave food!!! who knows just maybe i will be a chef someday laughing very hard!!!!

My quick fix is fried catfish with a side of salad. I dont really have a quick fix meal I guess I need to work on that.
My quick fix is spaghetti. Before the storm, I had meat already cooked and ready to go in. I used canned sauce with meat and mushrooms added. While that is heating, I cook my noodles in my microwave with the pasta boat. (I love this because no boil over and is always just right.)

The quick meal that I use the most is a salad and spaghetti. It’s quick, easy, and doesn’t make much of a mess to clean-up later. Also, it’s one of my son’s favorite meals.
With picky eaters, our quick fixes are Macaroni and Cheese for one, and Mashed Potatoes for the other. For myself, usually teryaki and chicken. But mostly its Hamburger Helper, Asian Helper is really good too.
My favorite quick fix meal is a BIG Salad. You would be surprise how big they can get and just really works well together.
