I love your recipes! We also love Chattanooga area–have dear friends in Soddy Daisy (just a bit away). We’ve been to Rock City, but would love to go again. I always wonder how we (the South) managed to lose control of that mountain! Keep sending us good recipes!

I tried this tonight and it just didn’t turn out right. Followed the directions but the flavor just wasn’t right. I used kens teriyaki marinade so I wonder of it was just that. Had to add some honey to make it tolerable and also used almonds instead of cashews.

I made this last week and it did not turn out. It was very, very salty so bad you couldn’t eat it. The chicken was very dried out and the sugar snap peas fell apart ( i added them at the end too) . I cooked it on low for 8 hours with chicken breasts and Kroger brand teriyaki. Any suggestions? Everything else I make of yours is amazing!!!!! Just wondering what I did wrong this time.
