Although today is called Black Friday, it is certainly a sunshiny morning here in
Buffalo, Ky. Our family is so blessed, and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner together. It’s is odd, but the discussion came up about a turkey fryer. I’m the one who always prepares the turkey, and having a fryer would be absolutely wonderful. My brother was instructing me on how to first measure water to see how much oil was needed in the fryer. He said, “Then there would be no danger of fire”. Next year it would be so nice if I could set a turkey on the table that was cooked in an Electric Turkey Fryer.” I bet I would use it at Christmas also.
My family loves fried turkey! I would love to win this electric turkey fryer. It would make my life in the kitchen a little easier. Thank you and wishing you and your family a holiday season filled with blessings.
I have never fried a turkey and would love to win this turkey fryer. This year we tried smoked turkey for the first time and it was wonderful. Hope my family wins this!!!!!!!!
I WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO DEEP FRY A TURKEY THIS YEAR FOR CHRISTMAS MY FAMILY AND I LIKE THE DEEP FRYED TURKEY SO MUCH MORE THAN THE BACKED ONE NOT TO MENTTION ITS SO MUCH EASIER AND FASTER TO DEEP FRY ONE, I AM ONLY 16 YRS OLD BUT HAVE HAD TO DO MOST OF THE COOKING FOR THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS DINNERS SINCE LAST YEAR WHEN MY MOM WAS IN AN ACCIDENT BRAKING BOTH HER SHOULDERS AND IS NOW VERY LIMITED ON THINGS SHE IS ABLE TO DO BUT I FEEL VERY BLESSED IN THE FACT THAT I DO STILL HAVE HER HERE AND WE HAVE ALOT OF FUN COOKING AND PREPARING THE HOLIDAY DINNERS TOGATHER IT HAS BEEN A GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND A N AWESOME BONDING TIME FOR ME AND MY MOM AND WITH A DEEPFRYER WE COULD BOTH LEARN SOMETHING NEW AND LEARN IT TOGATHER…TYVM.

We had my mom and my sisters family come to our house for thanksgiving. We thought it would be a good thing to invite them for a fried turkey thanksgiving as they had never tasted it before. Well, we fried three turkey breasts (so we could give them one to take home) and they loved it. As I was cutting them up for our dinner they were hanging around the kitchen pinching off pieces – especially the skin – to nibble on. My mom tells me that their son on the way home told my sister that as soon as they got home he was ready to eat some more turkey. Our fryer is as much a part of thanksgiving as our turkey. We would not eat our turkey any other way. I’d love to give my sister a fryer for Christmas. Maybe??

Wow, this would make such a great gift for ME! I’ve always wanted to try deep fried turkey, and this seems like such a simple and safe way to attain that goal.
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with kids and grandkids!! We would love to win the turkey fryer to use next year. No one in the family gas had much luck frying a turkey the old fashioned way. This would be a great gift for our family!!!!

fried turkey taste great and is so juicy, but living in an apartment you can’t fry one unless you have an electric fryer. they are so expensive and times are hard right now so winning this would be wonderful.

Since having fried turkey I cant go back to bake. We’ve had fried turkey for the last 3 Thanksgivings. Our old fryer broke on Thanksgiving morning and its hard to find an electric fryer now. Most stores only have gas or the new oil-less.(which is really roastoier).

You bring southern cooking to the north
My grand children love fried turkeys. I used to use an open flame burner to heat the oil and cook the bird. It has always been dangerous because of the possibility of the oil spilling over into the flame. It also had to be cooked outside and the grand kids were always running around playing and “checking” on the progress of the cooking. I had to watch them like a hawk to insure their safety. With the electric cooker I am finally at ease with frying the bird not being a danger to them. The electric cooker is much safer and the cooking is much more consistent because the wind is not blowing an open flame. This is definitely the way to fry a turkey!
