I was scrolling down my fb home page with my little boy looking over my shoulder. He saw your picture and name and asked me if your name is really Southern Plate. I told him your name is Christy Jordan and that you are the one who gave me the recipe for the chicken soft tacos. He said to tell you thank you for sharing your recipe with me! :)

I am SO glad I found your website today. I am sitting here with smiles and tears as I found a recipe I have been looking for for years and years. I thought it was lost forever – but you had it here. The strawberry jello-coconut candies. My adopted “grandma Andie” used to make these every year for christmas and my children loved them so much! Now I can make them for my children and grandchilren. Bless you and yours.

Just found your website and love it! Love, love, love the recipes. I especially like the fact that the recipes are for real food, food that you would actually serve to your family and not some blah blah blah with black toad stool reduction sauce.

Hi Ann! If you look in the upper right hand corner, you’ll see the ‘search’ box. Type in Strawberry Candy. It will be towards the top of the page. They’re called Cornetha’s Strawberry Candy! I’m sure your husband will enjoy them.
