  1. Christy, I didn’t know u had issues with sugar. I do too. I will be waiting for some of ur recipes that r more of the kind I am supposed to eat. I have to count carbs every meal. I love all ur recipes. 🙂

    1. Hey Mary! I’ve done several compilation posts over the years, there are dozens of “sweet” recipes on southern plate with little notes as to the changes I make. There is also a page listing the splenda friendly recipes in my first book.
