Little Brownie Celebration Cream Sodas
  • Wilton Candy Melts or Chocolate Bark Candy Coating
  • Small red jellybeans
  • Starburst candies
  • Box Brownie mix or your favorite recipe for cake-like brownies
  • Wilton Silicone Brownie Pop Mold
  • Favorite Icing Recipe
  • Sprinkles
  • Decorating Tip (large Rosette, Star, or Wilton 2D)
  • Pastry bag or freezer grade sealable bag (I really prefer pastry bags)
  • Plastic craft paint and icing pallets
  1. Spray silicone brownie pop molds with baking spray. Fill ¾ full with brownie batter, prepared according to package directions for cake like brownies. Bake in 350 degree oven for twenty to twenty five minutes, until well done. Allow to cool completely in pan and then turn out.
  2. Melt chocolate in microwave, thirty seconds at a time, until smooth and creamy. Fill zipper bag with chocolate and cut tip off. Pipe each well in pallet ¾ full. Gently tap pallet on counter top to smooth and even out the chocolate. Place in freezer until hardened to make bases.
  3. Adhere each brownie pop to the base using melted chocolate (doing this while bases are still cold from freezer will make it go faster). Mix up icing and fill pastry bag. Pip icing onto top of each brownie pop. Sprinkle candies over top before icing sets. Place a small red jelly bean in center of each.
  4. Unwrap Starbursts and place on plate. Microwave for ten seconds, checking after five. When they are pliable, roll into tubes. Cut each tube in half, allow to harden. Stick one half tube in each brownie soda to make a little straw.
  5. *Wilton's instructions for these may be found on page 45 of the Wilton Brownie Fun! Book ( these are my adapted instructions)
