Fashion and Compassion is a ministry that creates jobs for people in vulnerable communities in the United States and around the world. They help keep families together by paying their artisans a living wage and giving them dignity of work with a purpose. Christy, I love the bracelet, the artisan concept, and the sentiment. Lost my husband of 33 years, and would absolutely love to have one to commemorate our love. I neither have nor want a PayPal account. I try to keep my on-line presence as limited as possible. Problem is, the site won’t allow me to charge my Visa account directly – directs me to PayPal to set up an account there, instead. Presumably, if I did that, PayPal would then charge my Visa account. Unwilling to go around my backside to get to my elbow on this one. Too bad. Really wanted to support this.

Understand and agree completely with your security concerns. My solution was to use one pre-paid card, which I use only for on-line purchases. Like cash in my pocket, there’s never more in the account than I could lose without hardship, should it be hacked. And, because it’s pre-paid and only re-loaded (with cash) for specific purchases, there is no track-back to any of my other financial accounts.
