  1. Hey Christy, the easy BBQ ribs recipe does not specify if beef or pork, and also does not mention removing membrane on back side of ribs. I wanted to try this but there are so many cuts of ribs both pork and beef and I’ve heard about a membrane that needs to be removed so I thought I would ask. I am trying to step out of the box for cooking things I would otherwise get at a restaurant.

    1. Hey! I’m afraid that is a recipe on another blog so you’d need to ask there to be sure. I don’t think it would matter (beef or pork, your preference) and I always remove the membrane for easy eating 🙂

  2. I lost cards I don’t know how could you resend?? Please if not it’s ok. My fault somehow.

  3. Christy,
Thank you so much for the iced coffee recipe earlier this week. My husband and I are huge coffee fans ( well maybe just me) but he is a diabetic, with your coffee recipe we can much better control the ingredients and its delicious!
