  1. Making your red beans and rice today, with your crockpot chili planned for tomorrow. It’s cold around these parts and the family needed good, warm, stick to your ribs food! Thanks Christy!

  2. Hi Christie, I love you and your ideas. I also am from Huntsville. I wish on your meal plans, you would do a real plan. Those are recipes. I am not very creative at putting things together. I have all your books and love the menus you have in Come Home to Supper. I just keep going around and around with them.

    Please, more menus. Love ya’.

    1. Hey Anne!! Thank you so much for all your support. I like the idea of putting more meals together and have tossed it around in my head a few times for Southern Plate. I will have to revisit that idea and see what comes of it. Meal Plan Mondays are a collaboration of different food bloggers and their recipes that they wish to share with everyone for that week, so for that venue it would be a little harder to put together since we nevertheless know what all is going to be shared beyond some wonderful recipes 🙂

  3. Thank you for hosting. I linked my mom’s tuna noodle casserole recipe, a mac and cheese even an adult can love, and a healthy dump and go soup.. I hope you enjoy them! Have a happy week! #OverTheMoon #WWBlogHop #ThursdayFavoriteThings
