my quick fix is just about anything with chicken!
Love the idea of mixes combined with other ingredients to make super easy meals! Usual quick fix is chicken or some form of pasta… Book looks great!

my go to favs are anything mexican, so easy to make a bean tostada or a black bean and corn quesadio’s. i can cook it better than I can spell it. I love your site thanks very much for all of the great recipes and ideas.
Go to ingredients – hmmmm…. take out?! Actually ground beef or turkey and noodles – add whatever else is laying around to make Goop of the Day!

My go-to ingredients are eggs. They are inexpensive and versatile! We love to have breakfast or egg sandwiches.
