  1. My favorite go-to ingredients are pasta, sauces, rice, frozen veggies, and a variety of spices. I can always whip up something yummy!

  2. Congratulations Christy! One of my favorite ideas, mixes or ingredient is apples!. Being a diabetic, I omit pickle relish and add apples in my chicken salad and deviled eggs. Add the apples along with pecans in my sugarfree jello,,, makes dessert quick and easy

  3. I’m new to your site and really enjoying it. Also appreciate your updates on the tornado devastation in your area and that you are doing well and able to help others there as well.
    On a lighter note, my favorite quick fix is pre- packaged cooked brown rice.
