  1. Wow, you are one busy lady now. Congratulations!! I have a couple of quick fix meals, but one of the easiest is spaghetti, the kids eat it well, and I like that they get vegetables without a fight!

  2. Ground beef and chicken and rice always make for a quick meal and breakfast for dinner is always good!

  3. Some of my favorite quick-fix items that I like to keep on hand are Bisquick, refrigerated crescent rolls, ground beef, sour cream, and cream soups. I also like to have refrigerated pie dough on hand. With these items I can usually come up with a quick supper when I’m in a hurry.

    Love it that they chose you to do the new segment on Southern Living. You are a born-and-bred southerner who definitely knows how to do authentic southern cooking. Congrats, Christy! What a great feather in your cap!!

  4. Congrats. to you!!! I will be watching every video you make, My go to ingrd. is my frozen cooked hamberger) as a matter of fact was dinner tonight whatever cheese on hand cresent rolls home canned tomato sauce and the ground meat. Pizza pockets.

  5. Awesome Christi, congrats!! So can’t wait to see your new videos. Some of my quick fix things are to use the steamfresh veggies in the frozen section, love how fresh they taste.
