My favorite is chicken since it can be fixed so many different ways – fried, stewed, salad, etc.

Love your recipes. That is the food I grew up on and love to cook. Nothing more satisfying that putting a meal on the table for your family.
Almost anything with ground beef is my “go to” for quick fixes…but particularly spaghetti is what I fix when I’m in a rush and want to please everyone easily.If it’s quick and easy, it’s what I need for our ever-busy weekday meals! :>
Cooked chicken breast chopped up and kept in freezer.
My quick go to recipe is chili. Can have it done in no time!
You certainly are busy. Can’t wait to see your videos. We use a lot of hamburger, macaroni or noodles with vegetables. I add sour cream, salsa and shredded cheese to mine.
