Buttermilk Lime Pound Cake

– Lime Juice – Vanilla – Buttermilk – Butter – Lime juice – Confectioner’s sugar

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. In separate bowls, combine dry and wet ingredients.


Add both mixtures to batter, blend for 2-3 mins.


Pour into greased bundt pan, and bake. Let cool for 10 mins, then turn onto cake plate.


For the glaze, mix ingredients until smooth. Adjust consistency as needed with more sugar or milk.


Pour over cooled cake and enjoy!
