Make the filling by boiling frozen veggies, melt butter, sauté onions, add chicken broth, salt, pepper, flour, and cream, then pour over vegetables and stir in chicken.
Mix pie filling, cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, butter, eggs, cheese, corn.
Spoon the cornbread mixture on top of the pie filling and spread it to cover the filling. Bake until the cornbread is lightly brown on top (about 20 minutes). Enjoy!
