Dutch Oven Smokehouse Chicken

Cider Vinegar Kosher salt  Smoked Paprika  Hot sauce Crushed Red Pepper Brown Sugar  Smoked or Regular Black Pepper

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a Dutch oven or baking dish, stirring until sugar is dissolved.


Place chicken in the pot, cover, and bake.


Flip the chicken, cover again, and bake again.


Remove the lid, switch the oven to broil, and broil until the skin is browned and crispy, watching to prevent burning.


Serve with additional pan juices.
