For garlic biscuits, mix self-rising flour and granulated garlic in a bowl. Add heavy cream, stir to make dough. Knead on floured surface, roll to 1/2-inch thickness, cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 450°F for 12-15 mins until golden. Optional: brush with melted butter after baking.


For bacon gravy, heat bacon grease, add flour, stir till browned. Lower heat, whisk in milk, cook till thick (7-8 mins). Season with salt and pepper. To assemble, halve biscuits, top with bacon and thick bacon gravy. Serve warm.
