Egg Whites Almond Extract Sugar
Separate egg whites from the yolk and beat.
Add the cream of tartar and almond extract (optional) to the whipped egg whites.
While continuing to beat the mix, gradually add in the sugar, beat until smooth and stiff glossy peaks form.
To make the ghosts, use a piping bag with a round tip.
Add in chocolate chips for the eyes and bake.
