– Bisquick baking mix – Eggs – Butter – Vanilla extract – Lemon juice
Spray a 9-inch pie plate generously with cooking spray. Place all ingredients in a blender.
Mix on low speed for 3 minutes, pour into greased pie plate, bake at 350 for 40 minutes, cool, and refrigerate leftovers.
