– Granulated sugar – Lemon – Apple juice – Heavy (whipping) cream – Vanilla extract
Zest and juice the lemon.
Place all ingredients (including lemon juice and zest) in a large mixing bowl.
Beat and stir until thick and stiff, chill before serving.
