Smooth peanut butterProtein powder of your choiceQuick old-fashioned rolled oats Ground flaxseed mealRegular or mini chocolate chips Honey

Add peanut butter to a medium bowl. Combine with protein powder, rolled or quick oats, flaxseed, honey, and chocolate chips.


Combine the ingredients using a wooden spoon until reaching a cookie dough-like consistency. Add water gradually if too dry; if overly wet, incorporate protein powder or oats in tablespoons.


Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to shape mixture into balls. Recipe yields 14-16 peanut butter protein balls. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
