What You Need to Make Sheet Pan Chicken Teriyaki

– Boneless skinless chicken breasts – Cauliflower – Broccoli

Cut up your chicken breast and vegetable into bite-sized pieces.  Diced the green onions.


Arrange chicken and veggies on a baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.


Mix the sauce with the chicken and vegetable. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
