– Fresh tomatoes – Cheddar cheese – Mayo – Fresh basil leaves – Balsamic vinegar – Kosher salt and pepper – Regular pie crust
Slice tomatoes and drain in a colander with 1/2 teaspoon of table salt for 10 minutes. Arrange half of the tomato slices in a baked pie crust
Layer with half of kosher salt, pepper, basil, balsamic vinegar, and cheese. Repeat. Spread mayo on top and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
