Ingredients
1store-bought regular pie crust
1cupcooked and crumbled turkey sausage
1cupfrozen diced hash browns
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
3eggs
1/2cupwhole milk, half and half, or heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
If using refrigerated roll-out crust, roll it out into a 9-inch pie plate. If using a frozen crust, set it out on the counter.

Evenly spoon sausage, hash browns, and cheese into the pie shell.
1 cup cooked and crumbled turkey sausage, 1 cup frozen diced hash browns, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, place eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Beat with a fork until well blended. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust.
3 eggs, 1/2 cup whole milk, half and half, or heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle more cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown on top. Quiche might still have a tiny bit of jiggle in the middle but it will set once you take it out.
Serve warm immediately or allow it to fully cool, wrap it in foil, and store it in the fridge for a quick heat-up meal throughout the week.
