4medium potatoes
1/2cupchopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

3tablespoonsflour

2cupsmilk
8ouncesshredded mild cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray an 8X8 casserole dish with cooking spray.
Wash and slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices. Layer 1/2 of the thinly sliced potatoes into the prepared dish then top with onions.
