Ingredients
1/2 cupmelted butter
2cupsheavy cream
3eggs
1cupalmond flour or almond meal
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
Instructions
Place melted butter in a medium bowl. Add heavy cream and stir.

Add all other ingredients in order and stir until well incorporated.

Pour the cornbread batter into a greased 8x8 baking dish and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the center. Allow it to cool completely.
Notes
Carbs: If you divide this into 12 servings as pictured, each serving should have 3-4 carbs and 4-5 grams of protein according to my personal calculations with these ingredients. However, it is the responsibility of the individual to track macros for themselves. TIP: Keto cornbread can be a little persnickety with baking time so I encourage you to err on the side of baking a little more rather than baking a little less. It is difficult to over-bake this but easy to under-bake.
