Instructions
Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Set it to the side.
In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt until all combined really well. I typically use a whisk.
2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice, 1 pinch salt
Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it around evenly with a spatula.
Top with Halloween candy and treats of your choice. In this instance, I'm using sprinkles, candy corn, chocolate pretzels, Reese's pieces, and spiders made from Oreos and licorice.

Put the yogurt bark into the freezer for 2 to 3 hours or until firm. Cut pieces to the size that you like and serve.
