Ingredients
1cupold-fashioned rolled oats
1cupmilk
1/4cupunsweetened applesauce
1tablespoonmaple syrup or honey
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
Toppings: chopped apple, pecans/walnuts, and extra cinnamon (all optional)
Instructions
Place oats in a 16-ounce mason jar and pour in the milk.
