Preheat oven to 400. Drizzle olive oil on baking sheet and spread to coat. Place cabbage steaks on one side of sheet and meat on other side. Drizzle all with olive oil and toss to coat well. Sprinkle seasoning liberally over all.
Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes, or until cabbage steaks or lightly browned and steak is desired doneness.
I like to use Black Angus stew meat cut into large chunks, which I buy at Aldi. You can also purchase a chuck roast and cut it into large chunks yourself.
