1beef chuck roastapprox 4 pounds
2cupswater
1/2cupsoy sauce
1/4cupwhite vinegar
1/4cuphoney
1onionchopped
2tablespoonssesame oil
1teaspoonminced or chopped ginger

Instructions
Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle onions over top. Add in all other ingredients and cook on low, 7-8 hours or high, 3-4 hours. I prefer low for the most tender roast.
