Made with cream cheese, heavy cream, cocoa powder, and sweetener, this deliciously creamy low-sugar chocolate mousse just melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

softened cream cheese

Swerve or sugar

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
3 oz softened cream cheese,
1 cup heavy cream,
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder,
2 tablespoons Swerve or sugar,
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, scraping down sides as needed to make sure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. Best if consumed the same day it is made.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
