Ingredients
2 cupscherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in half
3 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1/2red onion, sliced
1/4cupolive oil
1tablespoonfresh or bottled lemon juice
1teaspoondried oregano
salt and pepper to taste (I use about 1/4 teaspoon to start)
1cupcrumbled feta for topping
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Add oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in half, 3 cucumbers, peeled and chopped, 1/2 red onion, sliced, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon fresh or bottled lemon juice, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste (I use about 1/4 teaspoon to start)
