Crockpot Smoked Sausage and Beef Stew

Ingredients

beef, trimmed and cut into 2-inch cubes

smoked sausage, sliced

diced tomatoes

medium golden potatoes, cut into 2-inch cubes

carrots, chopped

onions, chopped

celery, chopped

frozen corn kernels

beef broth

minced garlic

dried thyme
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper.
1/2 cup all-purpose flour,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp pepper
Coat the beef in the flour mix and then move over to the crockpot.
1.5-2 pounds beef, trimmed and cut into 2-inch cubes
Add remaining ingredients to the crockpot and stir to combine.
1 pound smoked sausage, sliced,
1 can diced tomatoes,
2-3 medium golden potatoes, cut into 2-inch cubes,
1 cup carrots, chopped,
1 cup onions, chopped,
1 cup celery, chopped,
1 cup frozen corn kernels,
1/2 cup beef broth,
1 tbsp minced garlic,
1 tsp dried thyme
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
