Potatoes Shredded cheddar cheese Margarine or butter Sour cream Evaporated milk
Peel and slice your potatoes. Cover with water and cook until tender.
Drain the boiled potatoes and butter , salt and evaporated milk.
Mash all of that together.
Combine potatoes and sour cream.
Spoon the potato mixture into a deep dish pie plate, add cheese and bake.
