Homemade Banana Pudding

sugar  flour egg yolks milk Nilla wafers ripe bananas vanilla extract salt

To make a classic banana pudding, layer Nilla Wafers and sliced bananas in a mixing bowl.


In a saucepot on medium-low heat, combine sugar, flour, egg yolks, milk, and salt, stirring constantly until thickened.


Remove from heat, add vanilla, and pour over the wafers and bananas.
