– Angel food cake mix – Lemon curd – Cheesecake pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, prepare baking sheet with parchment paper and spray non-stick cooking spray. Pour angel food cake mix on baking sheet, bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cool for 5 minutes.
Spread powdered sugar on a tea towel and roll up the cake to allow it to cool. Mix lemon curd, pudding mix, and whipped topping in a large bowl.
Cool, unwrap, spread filling mixture over cake, roll, cover, and freeze. Slice off ends for pretty appearance and enjoy!
